Founded in early 1999, XTC - Training & Consulting was born with the proposal to be a competence center for the development of Training and Consulting Sales. Headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, we serve corporate clients throughout Brazil and Latin America.

The mentor of XTC is Luiz Peixoto, Business Administrator with extensive experience in Training and Sales. For 25 years he worked at Xerox of Brazil, performing various functions related Training and Sales, including the National Manager of Marketing and Sales Training responsible for Xerox Sales University, for 12 years.
